Cancels appts Frequently,   Is seemingly out of office often.  I often felt that she was very dismissive of my input, in a condescending manner.   The front desk reception is quite rude, and on multiple occasions, raised her voice to me one time saying to me “ who do you think you are? What am i supposed to do , drop what I’m doing and make an appointment for you?” I was puzzled by this behavior, so i posted on a local social media group asking others what their thoughts were on Dr. Chan and her staff.  It seems i was not alone.  I presented my findings to Dr. Chan, only to have her totally dismiss it by saying “ she’s like that with some people”. Uh, what?   She had cancelled my appointment two consecutive times, causing me to miss a day of work the second time.  Fast forward to my 3rd try, and i missed the appointment resulting in a $75 no show fee.  I tried to dispute it on the grounds that i was cancelled twice and missed work, and fair is fair.  No chance.  That was the final straw.   If you are ok with being treated as if they’re doing you a favor, then you’ll be quite pleased.  I however prefer some compassion by my Dr.
