"The office is clean and well lighted without being overly clinical; the staff is warm and friendly; Dr. Liao and her assistant were top notch. I had to schedule an appointment on an emergency basis and was able to complete all steps easily through their website and online patient portal. Dr. Liao explained all procedures, the office staff went over fees for all services (including a breakdown of my insurance coverage), and my treatment was very comfortable. Dr. Liao is friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and explains her findings and treatment course in an easy-to-understand way.
