Lots of surprises from this office. We went in for a regular cleaning and the insurence was not verified before we came in. So we were there for an hour total, most of the time waiting for verification of insurance. Only had X-rays and an examination, no cleaning done. They had taken 2D, 3D and introral x-rays which are not covered by insurance besides the panoramic images. We had to call multiple times to get the copy of images. When I called to inquire about the images, I was put on hold a couple of times and then was directed to answer a survey. Worst experience ever!!!
