"I have been in therapy on and off since age 8 and did not begin to get well until two years ago when I found Anne. She takes a caring but practical approach that drives tangible results tailored to be most efficient based on the individuals' needs, culture, diagnosis, preferences, tolerance, and responsiveness. I have been to other therapists and talked until I was blue in the face with no improvement but from my very first visit with Anne, I had positive measureable improvements in my well being, relationships, and career. Out of any medical professionals I have seen in my life, Anne is my most referred provider of all time. Seeing Anne as it is the most valuable care you can give yourself."

"Shirley is the best therapist I've ever met with. She is always on time, listens astutely, engages in compelling conversations, and helps me understand my actions, choices, and life management options. I recommend Shirley to anyone looking for an effective counselor, therapist, or psychologist."
