Provider is amazing however her billing staff is either incompetent or working under shady practices to make extra money as I’ve repeatedly shown proof of acupuncture benefits and I should not have copay but they charge extra cpt codes including infrared which was never used and now no one will respond to showing me proof, let alone give a courtesy call; they only text at random times. Coming to this location as a manager in a hospital is very disappointing to see such practices and lack of respect. They are unethical but at least I’ve found a place with honest practices.
