Failed to diagnose my failed cervical fusion. Doesn't seem like he could read the CT scan and the imaging for the three years before. One of the contributors to my five years of constant needless suffering and increasing amounts of narcotics and other drugs and invasive procedures, every year for 5 years, until somebody that could read a CT scan diagnosed it.
