William A. Shimer, DPT, PT

After previously competing in athletics at the varsity HS and collegiate Division III levels, William knows how important it is to have skilled, knowledgeable guidance when rehabilitating an orthopedic injury. He draws on this experience when providing care to the general orthopedic population. William graduated from Moravian College with a B.S. in Biology and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University. He has been treating at the Bethlehem Township office since 2010 and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics since 2015. He is a strong believer in physical therapy treatments that are both evidence-based and individualized to each patient.
