Had a Physician Report for MD to fill out for a special needs day program- I wish I was aware of the need/protocol to make an MD appointment as well- (I thought MD can go by the info from last physical exam 6 months ago?- thought info would be still current enough, but I guess not). Had I not called the office to check the status of the Physician Report 9 business days after submitting to the office (we were told that the office will notify us when the form is completed), my son would have missed his starting date to the special needs program the next business day. Thankfully, the office was able to schedule us In to see the MD & he completed the form the day I called the office. Nevertheless- we had a positive/excellent encounter/visit with the MD-- thank you!

Dr. Om is Excellent. He is kind and makes sure I understand the responses to my health questions and does not rush me and makes sure I get the referrals and care I need. His MA is super nice and knowledgeable as well, and answers my questions clearly. This is why I have always tried to keep Dr. Om as my PCP with my insurance.

Doctor Om is a very caring physician. When my physician retired I chose Doctor Om because of the wonderful care he gave my husband who died. My husband hated going to doctors but he would go to Doctor Om because he knew he was not a number but that Doctor Om treated him with dignity and really listened.
