I approach treatment as a partnership, combining my medical expertise with each patient's individual needs, priorities, and goals of care to create a plan that works for them. Medicine is rarely one-size-fits-all, so I remain flexible- following their progress, learning from their response to treatment, and adjusting our approach together when needed.
