Avoid this location unless you have nothing better to do!   I took my son in for lower back pain consultation today.  Before our appointment I had submitted our patient form as well as insurance information as requested.  However, when we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes for them to verify our insurance copay with our insurance company, which still wasn’t verified when they finally decided to show us to the exam room.  Then the doctor came in after 10 more minutes of waiting only to inform us that he’s only treating more advanced patients.  So unless we can show up for appointments before 2:30 pm, he cannot help us!  First of all, this was a FREE consultation, so who cares about how much the insurance will cover and how much copay will be?!  Even if you have to verify the insurance information, you had those info for 2 whole days, couldn’t you verify before our appointment?  Second of all, if all you do is advanced treatment for patients in late afternoon, couldn’t you inform us on the phone when we make the appointment instead of wasting our time?  This is a very disorganized clinic and office staff doesn’t seem to know  what they are doing. Avoid at all costs!
