Titus is very uncaring to patients who need help.   At 64 years old,  I’ve never had a doctor who says no to referrals so much.  I can remember one yes.  Many no’s.  As for medication refills,  he waits till the last minute and makes you pick them up the day before you’re out.   That makes my anxiety extremely high for days wondering if he’ll do it or NOT. And it’s for cramps. He thinks I’m going to OD or something on them.  Other reviewers say the same thing. Check out other websites.  I’m not wrong.  Run from this doctor unless you’re in good health. He doesn’t even recognize my bad anxiety. My job with the state of Oregon dose.  I had to fill out ADA paperwork because he doesn’t recognize it.  I was approved without his help.  I did ask him. He said you have NO disability.    ADA saved my high stress job with the extreme disability clients.   He didn’t help at all and refused to do paperwork.    He can’t even diagnose people.   
If you want an uncaring human that says NO most the time.    Get Titus!!    
If you want to wonder if you’ll get your medicine on time or not.    Get Titus!!!
He angers my to no end and makes my anxiety worse than it already is.
