Dr. Surender Tippireddy, DMD

My most recent visit was terrible. Dr’s assistant called in sick so the poor receptionist was trying to do both jobs. 
I called when I got there and had to call again 15 minutes later. Their thermometer was broken. Before Dr rushed four X-rays and my cleaning he showed me all of his new office furniture.  I asked him about my old crown that had began chipping off but he couldn’t see it. He told me to rinse as he ran to front desk  I had to take off my own bib and as I was getting out of chair he rushed back and apologized. If he proper cleaning he couldn’t have missed the chipped tooth that the other half broke off.  I left a detailed message to all me back but even though they check calls after hours but I didn’t get one. Thankfully my pain is minimal but it is a pain eating. I won’t go back to him so I hope I can find a new Dr that accepts my insurance and I’ll really be mad if I my charge is applied to my deductible.
