Dr. Phillips herself was nice and pleasant to interact with. She was knowledgeable and provided me with the necessary information regarding my health concerns. I’m leaving a 3-star rating because the wait time at the office was abysmal, even though I had an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early, and still ended up waiting for almost 2 hours to be seen. When the doctor finally arrived, I only had a brief 5-minute consultation to receive my bloodwork results that summarized to “everything is normal, goodbye!”. Considering the brevity of the interaction and the fact I drove to the clinic + waited almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment that was running late, I believe this appointment could have been conducted as a telehealth visit, saving me the inconvenience of an in-person visit. This long delay caused me to miss work too, which was frustrating.
