I saw Dr. Baker for several years while living in Orlando.  He treated my frequent UTI's & performed a TOT (transobturator tape bladder sling).  I loved that he always trusted how I felt with my UTI's over the urinalysis!  Super easy to work with & caring, even though not the warm fuzzy personal type.  The TOT was fantastic!!  I was completely incontinent by the time I decided to have surgery.  It was difficult to go places & life got hard because of of it.  I never needed any pain medication & it worked immediately!  I think I've had 2 very very minor accidents since surgery- one a few days after & the other about a year later & my bladder was very full both times.  Dr. Baker explained why some people have problems with the sling (like 95% doctor's lack of skill).  That was 3 1/2 yrs ago.  He gave me a life again!  Thank you Dr. Baker!!  Wish you were in Atlanta!
