UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!!!!  I was forced to give one star, I would give negative stars if I had a choice.  First impression was that the receptionist was so rude and only cared about money.  Then, we went into the most unsanitary room I've ever seen.  I have pictures to prove how disgusting this place is and would never recommend the practice to anyone.  If they can't take the time to sanitize and clean the room, can you imagine where else they are cutting corners?  The Dr. didn't even wash her hands upon entering the room.  They should be ashamed.

I went in for sun spot removal. She took an alcohol pad and sharp thin scissors and cut them off. I could have done that myself! And she didn't even remove all of them that were right in that same area. Based on the technique I cannot place and value of their professional, technique or overall talent. A totally waste of time and money.

Unnecessarily removed  a mole  (cutting  me twice) , leaving a huge scar.  Dr. was friendly and  honest, but DID NOT pay attention to diagnosis details and took action that caused me a lot of pain for 6 months and permanent damage.
