First, Dr. Chan, is very nice, I would say that personally I liked him a lot. I believe that he is knowledgeable and proficient cardiologist. However, with that being said, I waited for nearly 2 hours to see him my very first appointment.  When I followed up, I thought I will not sit there if I am one of the first patients to be seen, and, I will see whoever can see me. My appointment was 0915, I sat for another hour and forty-five minutes. Beyond that, there where test that they wanted done but never said that I needed to go to an outside lab for the blood work.  Full disclosure, I am a nurse and I know there can be miss communication and running late due to emergencies. Between the extreme disregard for my time, and the professionalism of the staff, I will not return to him. I somehow feel that I am not the first patient to have issues with these problems.
