I was 3 minutes late from the stated "Arrival Time" on the paper work and the doctor (not the staff) canceled my appointment after waiting over 5 months to see him. Although the staff did act like this was normal.  If you are a new patient don't bother.  There is a very good chance you will WASTE MONTHS of your time... - MONTHS, all because of 180 seconds.
