Dr. York took over my care at the ER I was in after a shift change. Without visiting/examining me, he decided to discharge me. I feel that the least he could've done was talk to and examine me prior to the discharge instead of basing his decision solely on test results. I feel he had not even read up on my medical history, which should've prompted him talk to me. I was discharged with a RX which has not helped, and instructions to follow up with my PCP instead of a specialist for my condition. Not a thorough DR.
