This person lied on a government checklist about the actual responses the patient gave in an evaluation exam. It's abhorrent when a educated person goes into the psychology field to hurt others. How hard is it to tell the truth?
Do NOT utilize this doctor for anything besides a floormat. In my opinion...he was borderline condescending and looks down on his patients. Go elsewhere for treatment. Especially my veteran brothers! He is in the FTW VA currently so stay away at all costs. He filled out forms using HIS words and not mine.
