I am deeply disappointed and upset by the care—or complete lack thereof—I received at this facility. My wife came in on the third day of her menstrual cycle for a highly time-sensitive, day-specific fertility blood draw ordered by my doctor.

Not only was the nurse incredibly rude and dismissive, but they flatly refused to take my blood. Because this specific baseline testing must be done during a very strict window, this refusal completely ruined my tracking for the entire month. Anyone going through fertility struggles knows how emotionally exhausting and painful it is to lose a cycle, and having it happen simply because a staff member refused to do their job is devastating.

The baseline lack of empathy and professionalism here delayed my medical care and left her feeling incredibly vulnerable and stressed. I would highly caution anyone looking for compassionate, reliable fertility or hormonal care to look elsewhere.
