Dr. Pennie L. Schultz, MD

Pennie Schultz is exceptional. Hopefully Providence is doing everything in its power to keep her. She's experienced, great bedside manner, understands neurodivergent needs, is a good medication manager and has been the best provider we've ever had for our son. It's an amazing thing in this day and age. My husband and I have together, over 20 years of service within the Providence Ministries. We remember when it truly served out its mission and it was so wonderful to be a part of it. The prioritization of relationship and service and support for the poor and unfortunate in our community is one my husband and I believe in and gave a good many years to doing. It's very hard to find providers in Spokane who understand neurodivergent needs. I wish that what Dr. Shultz had could be spread across the community. She gets it. Her office gets it. We're definitely lucky to find such a gem.

I recommend Dr Schultz to everyone I know with kids. She has been such a wonderful provider of excellent care for our kids since our daughter came home from the hospital. We loved her so much that we immediately switched my son's care to her too. She is always so respectful, attentive, takes time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. She is an incredible doctor and I am so thankful that we see her! She was also very attentive to my postpartum depression symptoms and always followed up with me and took it very seriously. I have nothing but good to say about her.

Dr. Schultz is a great provider. I always feel heard, she always explains things well, and I feel my daughter is always giving optimal care. The reception staff, and MAs are very kind and helpful as well. The staff is great, maybe patients/staff should survey upper management and administration to ensure they are supporting the providers and staff?

Dr Schultz always takes her time to give us the care needed for our children. She is excellent at answering our questions. I appreciate that I never feel rushed having an appt with her. I have recommended her to my friends/family in the past and will continue to do so.

I was so impressed with Dr. Schultz. She was incredibly thorough, truly listened and responded to every question and comment. It is hard to find a doctor like this who takes their time and cares.

She's warm, knowledgeable, friendly, our child loves and trusts her, as do we. A real gem. She attempts to look for solutions for us and help us understand the issues that we are dealing with.

I am so blessed to have Dr. Penny Schultz as my children's provider. She is always attentive in what I have to say, never makes me feel rushed, and explains things thoroughly.

Dr Schultz was amazing and took my concerns seriously and followed up which I really appreciated! Also the gal in the lab who drew my 9 year olds blood work was amazing!

It was our baby's first check up. Wife called and got a same day check up appointment. Desk staff was very friendly and the doctor was excellent and caring. 10/10

We are and have always been happy with our children's care. Our boy's provider is the best and really takes the time to get to know them and their needs.
