Not a great experience. Dr would answer personal calls during appointments. Made me feel unheard. Office admins and finance department had very poor communication both between employee/employer and with patients. I’ve been sent home without seeing the doctor due to miscommunication between staff, had to reschedule appointments last minute, would make appointments but then admin mixed date. Had a $1800 “concierge fee” you had to agree and sign in order to see doctor and when asked what exactly it covers, was told “it includes the services you signed in the document” but no further explanation was given. On top of hospital fees, was charged additional $4000 for delivery when Dr missed delivery. Office feels disorganized and when asking questions, admins seemed to not know the answer or give vague questions. Was highly recommended by coworker but extremely disappointed.
