Answers to questions are what I like and need most. I felt Dr. P gave me as many as he could. I know my case is different than the norm, but straight forward answers help the most. I suppose some might use answers for adverse purposes, but not me. Maybe the answers are not what I want to hear. Maybe at times the answers are not there and can not be provided, but I can't help feeling something terrible is around the corner or left to search the internet (a bad idea for the untrained) seeking information are not helpful. Straight forward, honest answers are at least reassuring.

It was my first time meeting this provider. First, I was grateful for the same day appointment as I feared an urgent condition. I had concerning symptoms that could have been minor/normal or major/urgent. Fortunately after the exam they were found to be minor. The provider kindly explained why I was experiencing the symptoms I had and confirmed that I had taken the proper action in having them evaluated. He then clearly told me what I could expect next, what to watch for that might signal a deteriation, and what follow up was needed.
