I appreciate having the same doctor for years of care. I know he knows me personally and my medical issues. I trust his advice and I know he has my best interest at heart. I would recommend his without reservation. If I asked for an improvement, it would be more timely access for urgent illness or injury. Please arrange for at least one "reserved for urgent care" time slot every day - so the system allows for flexibility when needed.

He is so friendly, he smiles and he shakes hands with us. He spends as much time on me and my husband as we need. He never says, "I have to leave." He ordered lab tests on my last visit. He sent a very encouraging message to me that the tests results were good and no problem. We are so grateful that we have him as our doctor, and we hope and pray he will stay with Providence and not move away. God bless him and his family!

Dr. Knauff is the best primary care doctor I have ever had and is the reason for all of my high ratings. My rating is limited to the experience with Dr. Knauff and his staff. I have had other doctors in the3 Providence system that would not get nearly the rating as Dr. Knauff. We communicate with each other - that includes listening, responding, discussing and understanding. Very rare in my experiences.

He is extremely competent. The best doctor I've ever had. He is often delayed 15 to 25 minutes beyond the appointment time. Likely due to his exceptional care that can delay his ability to adhere to tight schedule. I suspect this is because he takes the time he thinks is necessary for each patient. He is not hurried when he gets to me. I appreciate his dedication to provide what each patient needs.

This was an appointment establishing care for my 7yo son. I do wish the provider would have Interacted with my son more instead of directing basic questions like his name and age to me. It would have made my son more comfortable meeting a new doctor. Otherwise the appointment went well and we will see this provider again
