Paul James Steigerwald, DDS

In March 2021, I was referred to Paul Steigerwald for an upper molar implant and a lower front tooth implant. The teeth were not extracted, but drilled and chipped out, causing tremendous surgical trauma. He neglected to provide me with ANY aftercare instructions, antibiotics or pain medication and I developed an incredibly painful dry socket on the bottom tooth, which is incredibly rare. He even stated he'd never seen this before. I was then examined by Dr. Jay Uemura who performed surgery to remove the protruding jawbone. We then had to wait for healing, which took 9 months. I was then told my only option was to remove 3 more teeth and file down 2 others to nubs to install a 6 tooth bridge that was strictly cosmetic.
