I met with Dr. Shim (a new Dr with the practice)  on 8/3/22 and let him know of heal pain I believed was Plantar Fasciitis and I have been stretching my foot and would like to consider an injection. I also told him I was a returning patient for in grown toe nail and needed that removed. He looked at my foot for all of about 15 seconds and said there are 3 things he can do, 1 was injection that he refused to do because of my upcoming knee surgery in NOVEMBER because it will raise my blood sugar and could cause the surgeon to cancel my surgery. I asked how is this possible and he said it could change my A1C for 3 months. I asked if my surgeon approved would he give me the injection and he said he. asked would I have to pay another deductible he replied, and I quote, "well yes, its another appointment". I said well that's ridiculous and told him  to continue with the ingrown toe nail. He started to look at it and before I knew it he was cutting the nail. I said I wanted it removed. I kid you not he looked at me and said I would have to come back when it was longer and guess what, I would have to pay ANTHER deductible. I said 

Annoyed, I call back and spoke to a very lady ( I didn't get her name) who said Dr. Angotti was the Dr. in charge and apologized for my experience and would get the message to the Dr. 

Today, 8/10/22 I called and explained I left a message for Dr. Angotti and haven't heard from him, could you relay anther message. I told her it was a for another appointment, but I needed to talk to Dr. Angotti first. She told me no, he not my Dr. I needed to speak to Dr. Shim. I had issue with Dr Shim and wanted to speak to DR Angotti. She told me NO (now being rude). When I asked her name she Ill spell to you don't get it wrong it is  ROSALAND. When I read it back she "Yeh, you spelled it right and pronounced it right and hung up on me. 

I had used DR, Anzalone 3 or 4 times in the past and he was awesome. I am very sorry he took a very well deserved retirement. 

Sorry this was so long but I had to share. We will see if I get a call back
