I tried to call to schedule an appointment.  The receptionist was mumbly and ineffectual.  She told me that none of the doctors at this practice accepted Aetna and that if I wanted to make an appointment it would have to be with a practitioner and not a doctor.  I told her that I was confused by her statement because Aetna showed multiple doctors listed in the directory that should accept insurance at the requested location and that I would be reaching out to Aetna to clarify.  She then stated that the doctors accepted Aetna and asked me if I wanted to make an appointment.  I asked her which doctor's would be available to which she replied none of the doctors were accepting new patients and I would be scheduled with a practitioner.   She didn't seem helpful, attentive, or knowledgeable.
