I saw Dr Bhashyam, as I wanted to try new Dentist closer to my home. When I first saw and got the x-rays done, I was told my insurance do not cover additional procedures. So no cleaning done on the first visit. When I got a new PPO Insurance (in-network), saw Dr Bhashyam again, I specifically mentioned to use new insurance. In the end they billed me $500 for PERIODONTAL on only left side. I would recommend for this facility and the patients to confirm what the procedure would cost UPFRONT to avoid any confusion.
