I am in the medical field myself and at my age I have had my fair share of clinicians caring for me. And, of course, I only want caring, professional and knowledgeable people taking care of my health. Even in this group, Monica stood out. I have a longstanding intractable problem with tinnitus and hearing loss for which I have seen multiple (excellent) audiologists. Monica looked at all their charts and then took over an hour understanding my challenges as well as my goals. She then learned about a new technology that could offer me hope for which she came back into the office twice on the weekend and spoke to company representatives multiple times (and the weather was really challenging that weekend). She then fitted me with the new device and then spent another hour fine tuning everything. She, basically, spent several hours on something that she could have knocked out in a half hour and I feel that she did this because she cares for her patients. I could not recommend her more highly!
