I tried to schedule an appointment for my three sons, and evidently there's a management policy where they're not allowed to schedule more than two children at a time. That means that they want me to call them on multiple occasions for scheduling, they will only schedule two of my children per day, max, so I have to make at least two trips to their office for all three of my children. I am a very busy single parent and this poor policy decision takes time that I don't have away from me just to get my kids' physicals.
