He called out sick. I called to reschedule and they wouldn't give me a date. I am beyond irritated and I have to force the person on the phone to give me an appointment that is not another 2 weeks out. I get the consult appointment and try to schedule the follow-up surgery and she won't give me a time or date. I say I'm just going to show on the following day that I have off and wait and she says that is fine.
