He is always late and his office is rude. He was over two hours late to my surgery and when I had difficulties following the surgery I was told I wouldn't be seen unless I paid for the office visit first. The office manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me. Then Dr Allon didn't even listen to what my concerns were. He was more worried about losing a "paying customer".
