That wasn't the actual date... I am a former patient of Dr. Alexakos and... he's dangerous. The whole time he was treating me, he was frequently up to forty-five minutes late for my appointments. Additionally, he would frequently fail to respond to requests for medication refillss fax my prescriptions to my pharmacy, which resulted in my spending a weekend in withdrawals because I was on a medication that created physical dependency. When I finally fired him as my provider, he said he knew I had made a complaint about him but he didn't know what the nature of the complaint was (I could see the form I had filled out on the folder he was holding, he hadn't even bothered to read it) I cannot believe this guy is still in practice. Leaving patients in withdrawal because you're too lazy to send a fax... he's a malpractice suit waiting to happen.
