Attended my bi-annual visit.  Dr. Rasmus was punctual and very pleasant.  He listened to my concerns and offered a different mask and headgear based upon my sleep preferences (I'm a tummy/side sleeper).  It's working out great!  He also provided additional information on cleaning my cushion for better adhesion.  This has been a game changer for both my husband and myself.

This doctor ignored nearly everything I told him as to my symptoms, what I learned from my sleep log, etc.  He failed to diagnose a sleep disorder that I have had most of my life--I just recently was seen by another sleep doctor and finally got diagnosed and treated.  Had he listened to me, he would have caught it.  Furthermore, he told me not to take naps anymore.  I tried to explain to him that it was difficult, if not impossible to resist the urge.  His answer, "Just dont' take naps!"  That is like telling a depressed patient not to be depressed and to be happy instead--a very ignorant comment as the patient has no control and to come from a DOCTOR who specializes in sleep disorders!!!!!?!!!  He is incompetent in my opinion.
