I made an appointment with Sr. Kane yesterday and was given an appointment at 3:00 pm today, and was told to show up at 2:30 pm which I did. Upon arrival, I was asked for my insurance card. I handed the person my Medicare card and my AARP UHC Supplemental card. I was then told they do not accept Medicare patients, exactly the opposite of what I was told on the phone yesterday and what is published on several websites that I used to try to find a doctor. Don’t go to this place. I wasted 2 days that I could have spent looking for a doctor that wouldn’t cancel my appointment when I showed up. Terrible service, I would hate to see what the doctor is like if this is how they treat their patients as soon as they walk in. I am thoroughly dissatisfied!
