It was a wonderful experience, she showed great care, and answered all of our questions thoroughly, Including patiently answering my child's multiple questions that were Essentially the same question phrased in different ways. Her service dog was incredible, a lovely and incredibly helpful addition to the appointment. I had to bring both my kids to the appointment, which often means they get a little rambunctious and silly together in the exam room. They also both feel a little anxious coming to the battle building, because we have had to have blood drawn there before, so they tend to be a little anxious and on edge, which adds to their acting up behaviors. They were pretty wound up that day, so I was anticipating it being a tough appointment, where I would have to set limits and settle them down a lot while I spoke to the doctor. When the doctors service dog came into the room, my kids immediately settled down and were totally quiet and peaceful for the whole session, scratching the dogs, tummy, and sitting with her on the floor. It was incredible. She was such a soothing presence for all of us. I wish all your doctors had service dogs, or at least all the doctors we saw had service dogs. It made such a difference for our session.

Dr. Lather has taken care of both my children with true compassion and care. She is a wonderful person, a great physician and provides thorough explanations in sharing her knowledge. She goes above and beyond; you can't get much better than her!

Dr. Lather was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manner, never made us feel rushed even though we were one of the last appointments of the day.
