I am very upset they canceled my appointment the day before saying that they closed their roster for DMO patients and that Im not on their roster. So my question is why wouldn’t you have said that when the appointment was booked as well as before hand. The young lady that called said they just closed the roster but my appointment had been scheduled!!! So guess what they will lose my whole family because we were all attending the office and it’s unfortunate that Dr Brown will lose 4 patients instead of one. This really upset me because it’s convenient to my home and now I have to find another dentist office. Bad practices and I know the real reason this one done I work in insurance and know why they did this.
