I left my appointment feeling very underwhelmed. It's my first pregnancy and the information she gave me was all by book with little suggestions. Everything I was told I had already read online. She didn't know my patient history except 1 piece of information which made me feel that she didn't read my chart or briefly skimmed it. Any concerns I had, she didn't treat as anything, just moved on. She didn't get very personal with me and asked basic questions, where I live, if I work, any safety concerns. She fussed with her hair the whole appointment and took notes on a pad FULL of other written information. She informed me of 2 other midwives that make office visits and rolled her eyes mentioning one that doesnt make frequent visits to this particular office. I didn't leave feeling confident in her and will be finding another midwife.
