Biography

Dr. Karen L. Salzman is Chief of the Neuroradiology section in the Department of Radiology & Imaging Sciences and a Professor of Radiology at University of Utah Health. She directs the Neuroradiology Fellowship Program, holds an MD and board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology, and has authored 40+ peer-reviewed articles and contributed to major imaging texts. Clinical focus includes neuro-oncologic imaging of tumors of the brain, skull base, spine, and head and neck; procedural experience includes CT, MRI, and X-ray.
