I had one appointment with Dr. Touchstone. Both she and her nurse were very nice, easy to talk to and took their time to go through why I was there. The problems started with the office immediately after. When my thyroid came in needing medicine adjustment they asked me to call back in 6 weeks after a small change in doseage to schedule a new test. It took a week of back and forth before we got it arranged. Meanwhile, my wife and daughter have had even worse issues with prescriptions not being called in as they said they had and lack of call backs. My final straw is after the second thyroid test I've had no call on what the result was. Unacceptable, time for a new doctor.

Since I don't have a doctor, I went to the Aetna website and found Dr. Touchstone.  Called early in the day yesterday to make an appointment and left a message which was not returned.  Tried calling back today and the call was ended as I was about to leave a message.  Called back twice and the call was ended before even getting to the recording.   Sad to say, but this doesn't give the best impression of her office's ability to handle patient communication.
