I set up an appointment as a new patient and waited 2 months for that appointment.  When I arrived, I found a small waiting room jammed with people.  It is set up so that you are almost knee-to-knee with the person across from you – apparently to maximize the number of people regardless of their comfort.  I was then told that even though I was on time for my appointment that they “really couldn’t guess” when I would see the doctor.  I asked if it would be more than 30 minutes and the response was “Oh, definitely!”.  The receptionist then offered to create another appointment in the future.  I asked if the situation would be different then and the response was actually “it just depends on how many appointments we make for that time”.  Obviously, this is their typical process…Rack ‘em, pack ‘em and stack ‘em.    Absolutely no respect for their patients.  And BTW – mandatory masks also.
