Dr. Haigh took the time to familiarize herself with my history before we met. She knew I had a hip replacement last year and at my last appointment, was still struggling with the recuperation. She immediately asked about the status of my hip and recovery. I was very impressed. When you only see a person once a year, I've come to expect that they don't have memory of the previous visit or consultations. I truly appreciated this effort on her part and wanted to commend her for taking the time to deliver personal care to each of her patients.
