Dr. Kruger was very unprofessional and cold.  He does not seem to care about the well-being of his patients and held a grudge against my father (non-native english speaker) for misunderstanding his original orders, even though we were able to follow his orders exactly as advised the second and third time around.  He is unwilling to ensure the patient fully understands the diagnosis and keeps punting us over to other specialists and telling us the other specialists are incorrect when we are directed back to him.
