I almost died due to this doctor's poor care. The Rangewood clinic with UC Health clearly is taking on too many patients. While my OB was another one, after requesting my medical records Dr. Baer was actually providing muchof the care in my case. He was more than willing to order testing, but little to no follow up with me was ever done. When covering for my doctor during a second hospitalization, Dr. Baer began question my sanity, with no real basis, when I began to question his knowledge and care. Having many friends that are doctors, and one that is a nurse practioner specializing in OB, I let them review my records. Many, many errors in care were done, both prenatally and in the hospital. From my friends' review, this doctor was the primary source of those mistakes. Having been very public about my experiance, I now know of many other women who had much more severe results from this doctor's care. The practice he works for clearly is using other doctors' good character and reputation to attract patients, but using this doctor to shore up having too many patients. As for the officie as a whole, I had multiple errors in scheduling appointments and tests, sometimes having to reschedule both online and call multiple times. I had doctors not explain diagnosises of complications to me at the time. There is little communication amongst the providers. Go elsewhere.
