Office staff, especially the woman that returns urgent voicemails left for providers: is a liability to this practice. She is antagonistic to patients and family members and should never ever interact with anyone in a mental health setting, much less someone in crisis. This needs to be addressed before she pushes someone over the edge. Terminated service, rather than investigating!
