This dermatologist is a really good, caring doctor. She takes her time with you and explains things, does a complete exam from head to toe and is extremely knowledgeable. I have been to several other doctors who don't take the time and aren't as thorough as she is about her exams. Plus, she sells terrific skin care products! I brought my daughter in for acne and Dr. Downes was the only one able to clear her complexion so now I have a very happy teen too! I honestly can't say enough good things about this doctor. My advice is to book an appointment and see for yourself.
