Had TEE done by another cardiologist and was told I did not have PFO, however, TCD test showed differently. Neurologist referred me to Dr. Yassin and I was able to get an appointment next day.  Dr. Yassin went through options and suggested that another TEE be done.  On 5/2, I had TEE done by Dr. Yassin and confirmed I do have PFO; his staff from beginning to end of procedure were wonderful.  Dr. Yassin listens and answers all my questions.  He is knowledgeable and confident and since my stroke in Feb I finally feel that I am in good hands and now have PFO closure scheduled for June. I am grateful that I have Dr. Yassin as my cardiologist.

Office staff do not communicate with each other, do not read client portal messages, played phone tag for weeks. Appointments on time. Unless urgent, obvious, and serious heart issue, you’ll feel dismissed. Would not refer a loved one here.
