I have been having some right shoulder discomfort for several months and decided to see Dr. Krol about it. He listened to my problem, performed an examination of the shoulder, described what he thought was the problem, suggested physical therapies, prescribed a medication, sent me for an x-ray, and referred me to an orthopedic doctor for further evaluation. Throughout this appointment, Dr. Krol listened to me intently and spoke to me in a clear, understandable manner.
