I'm new to the area and she was perfect! Dr. Perez was sweet, knowledgeable, caring and quite thorough.  As a new patient you fill out all the paperwork and she actually read it!  She took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the appt care as well as future care.  You can tell she really enjoys what she does.  The office staff was friendly, the waiting room and restrooms were well maintained too.  So happy I have a new doc and it's her!
