Dr G Jacob was very competent and moderate bedside manner for a 3yr old. She was also very responsive with following up on test results and instructions for my son's illnesses. Also of note I sent a MyChart message to my son's PCP and received a response within 2 hrs and a call to schedule an appointment. I really appreciate the clinic being so responsive & proactive to my son's illness.

Overall we are satisfied with the care we receive at providence. The staff provide calming and helpful advice. Our only concern would be maybe provider retention. We are now going to be on our 4th doctor since joining providence 5 years ago.
